In accordance with the Municipal Regional Stormwater Permit (MRP) issued by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board, Permittees are required to submit a Progress Report on implementation of the Receiving Water Trash Monitoring Program Plan. The Progress Report includes information on monitoring locations for both probabilistic and targeted sites and review of protocols these sites are subject to.
