Dear Supt. Lusk: At your request on April 18, 1979, I made a preliminary paint study of Lafayette's Headquarters - the 1763 section. Enclosed is the report and explanation of why I must call the study preliminary. However, I believe you could use the following paint color schedule in the work that is now underway. Chief of Maintenance Paul Clark and Mrs. John Dodd were very helpful in introducing me to the history of the structure and present plans for it.
