Quality assurance plan for anchialine pool monitoring in the Pacific Island Network

Raikow DF. 2018. Quality assurance plan for anchialine pool monitoring in the Pacific Island Network. Natural Resource Report. NPS/PACN/NRR—2018/1811. National Park Service. Fort Collins, Colorado

In accordance with guidelines set forth by the National Park Service Inventory & Monitoring Division, a quality-assurance plan has been created for use by the Pacific Island Network in the implementation of anchialine pool monitoring protocol (Raikow et al. 2018). This quality-assurance plan documents the standards, policies, and procedures used by the Pacific Island Network for activities specifically related to the collection, processing, storage, analysis, and publication of monitoring data. The policies and procedures documented in this quality-assurance plan complement quality assurance efforts for other components of the overall protocol workflow including initial creation of the protocol as described in the protocol narrative, quality-assurance plans for other monitoring activities conducted by Pacific Island Network, and supplement the National Inventory & Monitoring Division Quality Management Plan.
