This reference is for standard operating procedure (SOP) 1 from the FQ-2013.1 protocol package, in effect between 2010 – 2020. SOP 1 details steps for maintenance, deployment, error checking, cleaning, calibration, and storage of the YSI 6920V2 multiparameter sonde. Along with a YSI 650 MDS handheld display, the sonde is used to measure water temperature, pH, specific conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity.
