Southeast Alaska Network water quality monitoring SOP 9: Cumulative Database (FQ_F Creation), version 2.0

Sergeant CJ, Johnson W, Moynahan B, Nagorski S. 2013. Southeast Alaska Network water quality monitoring SOP 9: Cumulative Database (FQ_F Creation), version 2.0. NPS Southeast Alaska I&M Network, Juneau, Alaska.

This reference is for standard operating procedure (SOP) 9 from the FQ-2013.1 protocol package, in effect between 2010 – 2020. After certification of an FQ_J (CSV data) submission, the Data Manager generates the updated FQ_F database. Data from the FQ_J files are loaded into the integration database, deleting anything previously submitted for the stated year. Once completed successfully, the process is repeated for the production database. FQ_J certification is inherited from the underlying FQ_F certification. All work is the responsibility of the Data Manager.
