I have consulted with the State of Alaska Consistency Review Participants – Departments of Environmental Conservation, Natural Resources, Fish and Game – Division of Habitat (Habitat) and the Sitka Coastal District regarding your proposed project. Based on your effects analysis and these consultations, I concur with your CMEP Determintaion that your project will have impacts to coastal uses and resources, that the activities are fully described under GCD #4 and NWP #5 and that you have adequately avoided, minimized and mitigated for effects to these resources by adopting the Standard Alternative Measures of the GCD and the Conditions of the NWP.
