Danielson S, Johnson W, Sharman L, Eckert G, Moynahan B. 1993-2013. SEAN oceanographic monitoring protocol package OC_2010.1 applicable from July 1993 through September 2013 (OC_I). NPS SEAN. Juneau, Alaska

This assemblage presents links to the specific set of protocol components used in the SEAN oceanographic monitoring program that were in effect from July 1993 through September 2013. The package fully documents the detailed methods, collected parameters, locations, deliverable data products, data formats, data limitations, and quality control processes that were employed during that time period. This package was published in 2010 and applies directly to data collected between October 2010 and September 2013. Data collected between October 2009 and September 2010 were processed according to a pre-publication draft of OC-2010.1 which was substantially the same as the final published document. Between July 1993 and September 2009 slightly different monitoring field efforts had collected oceanographic monitoring data in Glacier Bay. A special project in 2011 was executed that took all the original 1993-2009 data collected and reprocessed it according to the specifications, processes and quality standards defined in protocol package OC-2010.1. The details of conforming prior data to the OC-2010.1 specification are fully documented (Johnson WF and Stachura MM. 2011. Creation of Glacier Bay oceanographic information products defined in protocol OC-2010.1 using legacy data covering 1993 through 2008: methods, quality levels, and exceptions. Natural Resource Data Series. NPS/SEAN/NRDS—2011/130. National Park Service, Natural Resource Program Center. Fort Collins, Colorado) and currently available at https://irma.nps.gov/DataStore/Reference/Profile/2167560.
