The principal interpretive unit considered in this prospectus is the Visitor Center for Harpers Ferry National Monument which will be housed in an existing building. Building No. 45, the Wilson Building, has been selected to function in this capacity. The public use areas of the facility will contain exhibits, an information and sales desk, restrooms and an audio-visual room.
