The goal of this study is to deliver an empirical understanding of the uses of I&M data and services, the dimensions of data use, and an evaluation of these program provisions. This study was conducted by RSG and the University of Vermont (UVM), with the support of the NPS Social Science Program (SSP) and I&M Program.
