Part 2 of the Historic Structures Report for Chicamacomico contains historical data about the structure. The three sections describe the buildings as they appeared at three different time periods. Part I addresses the construction and development of the new Chicamacomico Station, around 1911. Part II concerns the Chicamacomico Lifeboat Station in 1918. Part III concerns the 1874 Life-Saving Station. The Historic Structures Report was prepared to assist management in preservation of Chicamacomico Station, which was planned to be returned to its 1918 appearance. It includes interior and exterior photos, measured drawings, and images of hardware.
