The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is conducting secretive marsh bird surveys on several FWS refuges along the Atlantic coast of Region 4 (southeastern United States). The survey effort is expected to occur in 21 FWS refuges in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
