LAW, responding to an NPS Scope of Work Proposal of March 6, 2000, conducted a lead survey, including paint and lead dust sampling at Building #40, Historic William Richards Commercial Building. LAW tested 110 exterior and interior painted surfaces and collected two bulk paint samples for laboratory analysis. Law recommended specific actions dealing with areas considered to be painted with lead-based paint.
