LAW, responding to an NPS Scope of Work Proposal of May 9, 2000, conducted a survey for the presence of lead-based paint and lead in soil at Marmion Row Building #1A, Harper House East Porch. LAW analyzed 114 painted porch surfaces, collected six lead-dust wipe samples off the porch, and collected one composite soil samples along the "drip Line" from the east side of the porch. LAW recommended specific actions dealing with areas considered to be painted with lead-based paint or containing ACM.
