ECS, responding to an NPS Scope of Work Proposal of March 30, 2015, conducted a survey for the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-based paint at the Murphy Farm House, 123 Murphy Road, Harpers Ferry, WV. ECS analyzed 3 bulk samples representing suspect ACM and 17 painted surfaces. ECS recommended specific actions dealing with areas considered to be painted with lead-based paint or containing ACM.
