ABXTRACT: A new method for planning, scheduling, measuring, and controlling the maintenance work in the Parkway is described. It consists of a computer software package MOSS, Maintenance, and Operation Scheduling System which has four major components: job ordering, job scheduling, vehicle routing, and work reporting. Components can be used separately or in combination.
