This standard operating procedure (SOP) describes how to measure the discharge of wadeable streams for the NGPN Stream Channel Monitoring Protocol (Thornbrugh et al. 2019). The procedures are adapted from the U.S. EPA National Rivers and Streams Assessment 2013-2014: Field Operations Manual—Wadeable, Chapter 8, Section 8.14—Stream Discharge (EPA 2013).
