Heteroploidy in Sedum glaucophyllum

ABSTRACT: Plants were collected sporadically between 1946 and 1968 and grown at Ithaca, New York. Their localities are mapped in Fig. 17 and listed in Table 1, arranged by counties, roughly from north to south and then from east to west. Conventional aceto-carmine squash preparations were made of meiosis in the pollen mother cells; the slides were studied and then made permanent. In most cases only one plant of a population was studied cytologically.
