This standard operating procedure (SOP) provides instructions for summarizing, conducting analyses, and producing reports for Southeast Coast Network (SECN) vegetation monitoring data. The Southeast Coast Network uses linear models to analyze trends in plant species, guilds, woody stem composition, and other selected vegetation and abiotic metrics. The network also examines vegetation changes using multivariate analytics for comparisons among network and other regional parks, vegetation types, and reference plots from other databases.
