2011 SFAN Science Symposium. 2012

The 3rd Annual Natural Resource and Science Symposium was held from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM on February 8, 2011 at the Golden Gate Club in the Presidio. The agenda was packed with exciting presentations from National Park Service and other federal agencies, non-profit partners, and academic researchers whose work directly relates to the natural resources of San Francisco Bay Area National Parks. This 2011 themes included: - Climate Change Adaptation Strategies - Oceans Science and Stewardship - Monitoring and Trend Detection There were also two panel sessions: - Interpretation and Natural Resources: Where Are We Now and Where Are We Going? - How is Science Used in Park Management Decisions?
