This report describes the physical condition and historical context of the Roulette Barn, one of several structures on the Roulette farmstead, which was one of the farms on which fighting took place at the Battle of Antietam during the Civil War. The report provides background on the events of the battle, particularly at the farm, and offers recommendations for restoration of the barn as closely as possible to its 1862 state.
