This report describes the history and physical condition of the superintendent's residence at Catoctin Mountain Park. The house was originally constructed when Catoctin Recreational Demonstration Area was established during the New Deal, but burned down and was rebuilt in 1946. The report recommends measures to rehabilitate the house and return it to use for residential or other purposes.
