This document defines what types of objects and records the National Colonial Farm will maintain in its museum collections, as well as describing National Colonial Farm's collection goals and the laws and regulations that pertain to these collections. The document is intended to guide the farm in maintaining its collections by defining what the National Colonial Farm collections should and should not contain. The National Colonial Farm's collections were closed in 2006. Since then, any collections pertaining to the farm have been managed by Piscataway Park.
