Gilkerson TC and Rice SE. 2019. Manzanar National Historic Site Groundwater Resource Assessment. Water Resources Division. Fort Collins, CO

Technical assistance report summarizing Owens Valley hydrogeology, park groundwater resources, recent hydrogeologic field work (i.e. well inspections, pump and recovery tests, and well siting), corresponding data analyses, and options for satisfying proposed irrigation demands. The primary goal of this report is to support the park's effort to replace an existing failing irrigation supply well by presenting estimates and interpretations of local aquifer parameters and future drawdown.
