Data from the Marin Bat Monitoring Project, Acoustic monitoring call data from 2017. 2017 was pilot year for the project to get a baseline species record from 50 randomly located detectors. Each detector was left recording from 15 mins before sunset to 15 mins for 7 nights. We used random locations to make no assumptions about habitat and bat activity. The monitoring was carried out following standard guidance from the North American Bat Monitoring Program (NABat), an international and inter-agency program. This dataset contains tabular data about the deployments placed in 2017, as well as attributes on the call files that contained bats. It does not contain the call files themselves. All calls were verified manually. This dataset is a subset from the multi agency project that contains only those locations found within NPS Park Units.
