The purpose of this SOP is to describe the data management procedures from field data collection to data compilation via a database to data analysis. The database model is described in detail, including definitions of all input and computed data fields. Procedures for documenting data entry, certification, data archiving, QA/QC, and handling of sensitive information are also provided.
