Yellow Bluff Fire Burned Area Emergency Response Plan and Accomplishment Report, Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve. The purposes of Burned Area Emergency Response (BAER) plans are to determine the needs and prescribe treatments to minimize threats to life or property or to stabilize and prevent further unacceptable degradation to natural and cultural resources resulting from the effects of a fire.
