This document set contains reports, studies, and memoranda related to the study of the adaptive use of Blackmoor, located in the Furnace Run Unit of Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area (Cuyahoga Valley National Park). The authors determined, based upon the technical study, the building could be adaptively restored for use as a visitor facility. This includes cost estimates associated with the building, changes to roads and parking, and the costs of exhibits. The house has local architectural significance, but did not qualify for the National Register at the time of the study. The study was conducted by a team of architects, engineers, and contractors in consultation with park and regional leadership. The structure was designed in 1956.
