This historic structure report records the history and existing conditions at, and makes recommendations for the preservation/restoration of, miscellaneous structures at Val-Kill. These structures are part of the Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site (ELRO NHS), Hyde Park, New York. They include the picnic fireplace, the bench at the picnic fireplace, the tennis court, the swing set and seesaw, and the flagpole. As with the entirity of the Val-Kill site, 1962 is the target date for historicity.
