Fire effects monitoring data collected at Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania. The data were collected during the summer field season of 2014-2019 by the fire effects monitoring crew based in Shenandoah National Park. Data include information collected from grassland rapid assessment plots, grassland FMH plots, and grassland quadrats. Data collected from the 20-meter circular grassland plots include ocular cover values for most abundant woody species, herbs, and graminoids. For each plot, photographs were taken in each cardinal direction from the plot center. Data collected from 30-m grassland transects include species richness and point intercept data to obtain percent cover. Data collected from 30-m grassland transects which includes species richness and 1x1-m quadrat sampling data to obtain percent cover. Photographs were taken at each plot to document change.
