This historic structure report concerns The Ranch House, The Bunkhouse, and The Site at Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site. The report summarizes historical and architectural data related to the constituent historic structures of the Ranch complex. It is the conclusion of this document that a full and exacting restoration of both the exterior and first floor interior of the Ranch House be undertaken to reflect a period not later than the first decade of the 20th Century. Limited restoration and adaptive use should be undertaken of the second floor and basement to serve curatorial and management needs in preserving the remainder of the Kohrs collection.
