This historic structures report concerns the stabilization and restoration of two buildings in the Leige Oliver farm complex of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The structures slated for stabilization and restoration are the Barn and Corn Crib. This open-air museum is an example of a farm group of buildings of the broad valley environment of Cades Cove. The group includes a cabin, springhouse, smokehouse, corn crib, and barn. The structural condition of the corn crib is fair; that of the barn is poor. Rehabilitation of these two structures should be accomplished before they deteriorate to the stage that extensive restoration is needed.
