Menor's Ferry is on the National Register of Historic Places. The main buildings consist of the homestead cabin, the storehouse, and the smokehouse. The remaining accessory structures are small units such as the wellhead, the privy, the cable anchor, and the ferryboat itself – all of which are still extant. These buildings will continue to be used, operated, and maintained by Grand Teton National Park as a part of the historical scene of this section of the Jackson Hole country.
