In 2019 I continued the study of liverworts in this section of the parkway. I collected 24 specimens, which included 14 species that were first records for the counties in which they were found. This included a new site for a state ranked S1 (Critically Imperiled) sp. (No federal endangered spp. were found.) The full report includes lists of these two groups of speciments and their NPS museum catalog numbers. The specimens are (or very soon will be) deposited in Virginia Tech's Massey Herbarium.
