Snell CW. 1958. Historic Building Site Survey Report: The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company's Bridge and Buildings at Harpers Ferry (Wager Lot No. 1 and the Bridge Lot), 1835-1862. Historic Structure Report. U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service

Harpers Ferry National Historical Park preserves historic resources and commemorates the historic events that occurred at and around Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. The park consists of portions of the Lower Town, the former Storer College campus, landscapes associated with the national historical park’s Civil War significance, and lands preserving the historic viewshed down the Potomac River. This historic building site survey report concerns the Baltimore & Ohio Rail Road Company's Bridge and Buildings (Wager Lot No. 1 and the Bridge Lot) in the Lower Town area of Harpers Ferry. It is proposed that the entire Ferry Lot area be interpreted by means of trailside exhibits using some of the old prints and photographs contained in the Historic Building Report on Wager Lot Number 5.
