This project investigates the water quality and phytoplankton in the Florida Bay in responses to freshwater inputs from the Everglades. Two cruises were conducted in summer and fall 2018 and a number of water samples were collected at 18 stations. The results were analyzed to understand impacts of freshwater input on the nutrients, chlorophyll, and dissolved oxygen levels in the bay.
