Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park protects some of the most unique geological, biological, and cultural landscapes in the world. Extending from sea level to 13,677 feet, the park encompasses the summits of two of the world's most active volcanoes - Kīlauea and Mauna Loa. The "Old Volcano House #42," also known as the "1877 Volcano House," and since 1974 as the "Volcano Art Center," is a building on the List of Classified Structures of the National Park Service. This report details the emergency stabilization measures performed on the Old Volcano House #42 and provides additional recommendations.
