This report includes results of macroinvertebrate sampling collected at two sites: ASB1 and ASB3 in the Niobrara River on July 31, August 27, and September 24, 1997. The results suggested the streams in AGFO remained in the 'excellent' range during 1997; however, at both sites the FBI increased significantly from the baseline year, indicating a decline in water quality.
