We carried out fieldwork in November and December 2015, and for January, April, May, June, August, September, 2016, at the Chiricahua National Monument (CHRNM) and Fort Bowie National Historic Site (FBNHS) in southeastern Arizona. Year 2015 and 2016 was the 16th and 17 th year of an on-going project to monitor and inventory bats for the National Park Service (NPS), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Tucson Audubon Society (TAS), and the Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD). A total of 18 evenings were spent netting bats in the two parks at four different water sources. One hundred ninety-six bats of 12 species were netted and data collected at CHRNM and FBNHS for 2015 and 2016. The results of this study are presented in this final report.
