"The four BAC Quarterly Newsletters that were planned to be published were successfully produced. The Historic Preservation Specialist/Public Education Officer II in the Public Education Section successfully compiled, edited and prepared the final layout of the four newsletters. The first newsletter volume 26, Issue 1, July 2010 – December 2010 was brought to Tia Belau for printing. The second newsletter volume 26, Issue 2, January 2011– March 2011 was brought to Summit Graphic’s for printing. The third newsletter volume 26, Issue 3, April 2011 – June 2011 was brought to Summit Graphic’s for printing. The fourth newsletter volume 26, Issue 4, July 2011 – September 2011 was brought to Summit Graphic’s for printing. 200 copies of each quarter newsletter; Volume 26, Issue 1 (July 2010 – December 2010), Volume 26, Issue 2 (January 2011 – March 2011), Volume 26, Issue 3 (April 2011 – June 2011), and Volume 26, Issue 4 (July 2011 – September 2011) were printed. Copies of these newsletters were widely distributed for public information. Recipients of these four newsletters are: Office of the President, Office of Vice President, Chief Justice and Associate Judges at the Judiciary Branch of the National Government, 13 Senators and 16 Delegates at the National Congress, Ministers and Directors in Executive Branch of the National Government, 16 State Governors, Public Libraries, Schools, MARC-Guam, Micronesian Seminar (Father Hezel), Cultural Resource Management Services (CRMS), University of Hawaii at Manoa, and affiliated agencies. Rest of the copies will be displayed at the office of Palau Historic Preservation for the general public use." Project funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation grant to the Bureau of Arts and Culture, Palau Historic Preservation Office, administered by Pacific West Regional Office, National Park Service, U.S. Department of Interior (grant number 70-10-21964).
