Included are two National Historic Landmarks, one hundred properties or districts listed on the National Register of Historic Places, one hundred and three local landmarks (which overlaps quite a bit with the listings on the National Register of Historic Places), and three properties that have been identified by the Lancaster County Board by resolution. Project funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Nebraska State Historical Society administered by the State, Tribal, and Local Plans and Grants Division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of Interior (grant number P17AF00097).
