Independence National Historical Park preserves sites associated with the American Revolution and the nation's founding history in and around Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. These appraisals and recommendations are derived from a study of the conditions affecting the construction and preservation of the historic buildings contained within the area of the Independence National Historic Park Project. They have been discussed with the officers and the personnel of the National Park Service but do not necessarily reflect the judgment or opinion of anyone but the writer.
