The purpose of this report is to explain the methods utilized to generate the deliverables required for the Baseline Vegetation Mapping being conducted for Big Cypress National Preserve, Everglades National Park and the Florida Panther Refuge. The report will discuss the procedures utilized by Avineon for major tasks including field work, photointerpretation, and GIS processing. Quality assurance procedures are identified and relevant issues encountered during the completion of the project are documented. A summary of information obtained during field work and photointerpretation is presented herein. This includes an Attribute Summary table which lists all vegetation classification codes used in the study area as well as the frequency at which they were used.
