Historical and architectural information on historic properties in Brookings. The tour is three through the city with stops at historical buildings. The handout describes twenty-two individual historic building and structures. It also describes the Brookings Historic Commercial District. It is arranged as several "stops", which can be toured on bicycle. Project funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant to the South Dakota State Historical Society, administered by the State, Tribal, Local Plans and Grants division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior (grant number P17AF00031).
