This report gives cost estimates for the approachway and construction access at the Lincoln Memorial. This estimate was prepared by a team of qualified cost consultants experienced in estimating construction costs at all stages of design. These consultants have used pricing data from Hanscomb’s data base updated to reflect current conditions in the Washington, D.C. area. In some cases, quotes were solicited from outside sources to substantiate in-house pricing data.
