ABSTRACT: The modified agglutination test was used to study Toxoplasma gondii exposure in 70 eastern Tennessee, US, black bears (Ursus americanus) from 2015 to 2017. Overall, 74% (52/70) of bears were seropositive, and T. gondii was more prevalent in adults than subadults.
