Introduction: "This report will give an overview of the current conditions observed at the Marysville Union Pacific Depot. This report will also evaluate the conditions observed. The goals of the current owner, the Marysville Union Pacific Depot Preservation Society, will also be addressed and an outline of how those goals might be executed will be presented. A prioritized timeline will be given as well as an outline of projected costs to complete the outlined work.... Project funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Kansas Historical Society administered by the State, Tribal, Local Plans and Grants division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior (grant number P18AF00077).
