Saratoga National Historical Park is a National Historical Park located in the Town of Stillwater in eastern New York, forty miles north of Albany. The park preserves the site of the Battles of Saratoga. This frontier log farmhouse of the late 18th century that existed on the Freeman Farm during the Battle of Saratoga will serve as an interpretive exhibit. It will be integrated into the interpretive program of Saratoga National Historical Park and will be constructed within the partial reconstruction of the Balcarres Redoubt. The role of the house in the Battle will be related by means of exhibits and markers strategically placed.
