Blowouts contribute to the dynamic evolution of the Provincelands dune field. Annual topographic surveys have been conducted at 5 blowouts located within a 2 mile section of dunes to the east and west of the Race Point Park Ranger station. Our research has resulted in the production of 5 published articles in academic journals. In addition there are 2 additional papers that are currently in preparation.
