At a meeting with the Regional Director of the Park Service on April 28, it was agreed that the Park Service would permit an access from State Road 4 into Section 34 T.19N. R.5E., N.M.P.M. Their preferred route would be the most direct route possible as shown on the enclosed map. I agreed that we would offer the sale as soon as possible with the objective of completing the sale in one years time. I would prefer if the sale were made in July and completed in October with the fuelwood (sic) removed by the end of the year. Please meet with John Hunter to coordinate the location and contract provisions needed to protect the roadway during the period of the right-of-way grant period.
