Shenandoah National Park Monitoring Watershed Landscape Characterization, 1980 - 2009

U.S. Geological Survey Texas Water Science Center. 2011. Shenandoah National Park Monitoring Watershed Landscape Characterization, 1980 - 2009. U.S. Geological Survey Texas Water Science Center. Austin, TX

Abstract: This dataset represents a collection of monitoring points along with calculated contributing watersheds in Shenandoah National Park. Along with the aggregated monitoring point locations and watershed vector data are calculated watershed and point location landscape characteristics. An additional dataset consisting of NHD high-resolution stream data for the study area was compiled and attributed. These data were created or compiled as part of a larger study led by the U.S. Geological Survey Virginia Water Science Center titled "Integration and Analysis of Disparate Monitoring Datasets to Understand Aquatic Faunal Distributions as Related to Atmospheric Deposition and Water Quality in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia".
